Since beginning his career in the title industry in 2003 as a commercial marketer, he has built a reputation as a results-driven leader with a talent for connecting people and making deals happen.

Over the years, Troy has gained comprehensive knowledge of the title business — from business development and operations to strategic partnerships and client service. He quickly realized that success in this industry means more than just being part of the closing process; it’s about being a catalyst for transactions. With that philosophy at the heart of his leadership, Troy has been instrumental in bringing together brokers, buyers, sellers, developers, lenders, and investors to close countless complex deals that may not have come together without his insight and persistence.
