Amy has been in the title industry for over 3 decades and specializes in residential as well as commercial transactions. She always says,”Treat your customers like you would want to be treated. This is one of the biggest investments they will own.” Amy loves seeing the joy and excitement on customer’s faces when they close on a property and making their dreams come true, especially for first-time homebuyers.
Mallory Case is a longtime resident of Ennis and her ties to the community run deep. She proudly serves as an Escrow Officer at The Baker Firm in Ennis. Mallory began her title career in 2017, she quickly learned that she had a passion for the closing process and obtained her Escrow Officer License.
What she loves about title is the variety of transactions, seeing different scenarios, constantly learning something new, curing title issues, and meeting all parties in the transactions. Mallory’s career goal is to be known for providing exceptional customer service to all her clients.
In her free time, Mallory enjoys socializing with her friends and loves to be in nature, fishing, and camping.
Jill is a fixture in Ellis County, having spent most of her life in Waxahachie. With 30 years of residency behind her she has developed relationships and is well established in the community. Her innate ability to cultivate connections led her to the Title Industry in 1998, where she has shined in Business Development. Her approach to marketing is to be present and personally involved with all of her clients both inside and outside of the closing room.
Jill is an innovator in the Title Industry always focusing on new and exciting ways to make doing business enjoyable, productive, and educational. She surpasses the status quo in teaching the ropes to new agents, thus furthering their careers. She is a firm believer that it takes a team mentality to grow in this industry of which she is an integral part. Jill’s dynamic personality and sense of humor precede her, and she is always looking to develop lasting relationships.
Keri Day began her title career as a receptionist in February of 2011 in Ennis TX. Through diligence, hard work and strong mentoring by the best closers in Ellis County, she quickly moved up through the ranks and obtained her escrow license in July of 2015. Since then, she has been working as a backup closer and closing coordinator for Thea Bartley in Waxahachie.
Keri enjoys solving title issues and lives for a good challenge! She has a passion for learning new things about the title industry and helping others understand the complexities of the business. She loves giving tips and information to clients that help them in future transactions.
Keri was born and raised in Ennis Texas and is a proud Ennis Lion- having graduated from EHS in 2004. Her family has been a fixture in the Ennis community for over 40 years and she herself has lived in Ennis and the outskirts her entire life. Keri enjoys the Ennis community and seeing her hometown grow!
When she is not helping clients, Keri enjoys reading and spending time with her husband Ricky, her daughter Elouise and son Ellison. She also enjoys attending as many Lion Football games as she can and listening to her dad give play-by-play commentary on the radio. Go Lions!
Lindsey serves as a licensed Escrow Officer at The Baker Firm, PLLC in Southlake. Beginning her title career in 2006, she now supports local and national clientele. Lindsey’s diverse experience and varied knowledge of the title industry includes residential resale, refinance, multi-state commercial transitions, as well as retail and office closings.
Lindsey enjoys helping clients connect and develop valuable business relationships.
Lindsey earned a B.A. in Real Estate from the University of North Texas.
Teresa grew up in Burnet, Texas and has called Ellis County home for the past 13 years. She has worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years. During this time, she has fashioned hard work, lender knowledge, and great title experience to offer exceptional work ethics as an escrow officer to our clients.
Teresa’s favorite thing about her job is closing first time home buyers. She loves giving crucial information and tips to new homeowners.
Her unique background with working for lenders and appraisers allows her to understand the daily functions and process of mortgage loans and appraisals.
Teresa enjoys spending her free time reading, gardening, and motorcycle riding.
Madelyn is an experienced Business Development Representative who provides her clients with knowledge and a lot of laughs.
Madelyn is a true people person who is dedicated to building and maintaining long lasting relationships. She brings a unique blend of positivity, creativity, and passion to take care of her clients, and truly enjoys being a part of their success. Madelyn excels in customer service and is an expert on helping agents build a better presence online.
In her free time, you can find her reading, enjoying live music, traveling, binging true crime documentaries, or snuggling her dog, Samson.
Lindsay started her career in the Title Industry in 1998 as an Accounting Clerk. She quickly moved from there to examining title and issuing title policies. Her tenure as licensed Escrow Assistant began a year later for a prominent closer in Fort Worth. She honed her skills on a large array of transactions including high-volume residential, farm and ranch, industrial, condominium, multi-family, and land development deals to name a few.
She joined the Baker Firm in early 2013 as a Commercial Escrow Assistant and quickly moved up to Escrow Officer. She has the pleasure of working with an amazing powerhouse team where she is looking forward to expanding her business while providing superior customer satisfaction.
Born and raised in Fort Worth, Nicole is a graduate of Texas Christian University. She is an avid supporter of the Fort Worth community and its growth. Nicole’s Fort Worth connections brought her into the title business in 2017. Her background as a competitive athlete has lead her to become an outgoing and detail oriented closer. Nicole’s goal is to provide her customers with the highest level of personal and quality service.
Timothy is a native Texan, born and raised in the small Hill Country town of Glen Rose. He began his professional career working as a Deputy Tax Assessor in Walker County and later in Hood County processing the registration and title transfers of automobiles, trailers, and boats. He made the move over to the Real Estate Title Industry by joining Baker Firm in 2016 as a Post-Closing Escrow Assistant where his responsibilities were recording documents with the offices of the County Clerks and managing the issuance of Residential and Commercial Title Policies.
In 2017, his high attention to detail was noticed and he became a Commercial Escrow Assistant. During his time as an assistant, Timothy began to familiarize himself with the closing process of high volume Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Land Development transactions. In 2018, his knowledge and exemplary customer service accelerated him forward again into being a licensed Commercial Escrow Officer. He works with our amazing Commercial Team where he looks forward to expanding his business and continuing to provide top tier customer satisfaction.
Chandler Lacefield-Duncan serves as Business Development for the Fidelity National Title/The Baker Firm, PLLC in Aledo. Her expertise is in digital marketing, branding, and customer care. She was born and raised in Parker County and has grown up with first-hand knowledge and understanding of the Farm & Ranch life.
Chandler received a degree in Advertising and Communications from Texas State University in 2017 and launched her first business shortly after. She has been working alongside real estate agents and worked in real estate marketing since 2016 as well as building and selling a successful business. She recently sold her business and ventured back into Real Estate but is now helping agents with all of their title needs.
Chandler has a heart for people and thrives in environments where she can help others. She has a keen eye for problem solving and executing creative solutions that meet the needs of those around her. Chandler is an encourager who will get to know and serve her clients while building strong, lasting relationships.
Nikki began her career in the title insurance industry in 1979 in Burleson, Texas, as a receptionist. She soon became an Escrow Assistant, then an Escrow Officer and managed her first office at the age of 24. She began closing commercial transactions early in her career and became very proficient in commercial and residential files.
Her commercial experience includes multifamily HUD transactions, all types of development purchases and loans, hotel/motel, churches, storage facilities, auto dealerships and many other types of transactions. Cowboys Stadium in Arlington and the Pier 1 Imports sale to Chesapeake are a couple of her more well-known projects. In 1989, she was selected by the Texas Land Title Association as an “Outstanding Young Title Person for Region 2.”
Angel was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She joined the title industry in 2010 as an Escrow Assistant and has been an Escrow Officer now for six years through expanding her knowledge and the love she has for serving and helping clients and customers. Through superior customer service on every transaction, her desire is for all parties involved to experience a smooth and informative closing.
She and her husband Josh are loving parents to their 2 sons, Jaden and Conner, Jaden who just graduated high school and her youngest son Conner, who is currently in high school.
When she is not cheering her boys on at their games, she enjoys spending her time at the lake with family and friends.
Angel is the newest member of our Southlake team and looks forward to increasing her business through her kind, trustworthy, easy-going personality and commitment to excellence.
Ashlee, a lifelong Fort Worth resident, joined the Baker Firm in 2020 after having trained under the brightest and most accomplished minds in Real Estate and The Title Industry. As a former Real Estate Agent and Current Escrow Officer, Ashlee is dedicated to the highest quality of customer satisfaction by providing an in depth and multi-faceted perspective in Commercial and Residential Transactions.
Stephanie serves as the Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer at The Baker Firm, PLLC in Southlake. She brings extensive knowledge about the title industry, which she has gained from being in the industry since 1993. Stephanie believes a successful title company is built on expertise in complex commercial transactions, competitive pricing and by providing exceptional service to every client. This philosophy is the backbone of The Baker Firm, PLLC’s business model and can be seen in every aspect of the company.
Stephanie received her B.A. in Real Estate from the University of North Texas in 2000.
Having earned his BBA in Real Estate/Finance from SMU and his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s, Chris is well rounded in all aspects of law pertaining to real estate.
Chris focuses on title insurance through his fee office, Baker Firm, PLLC and also commercial real estate, transactional, lending and title matters at his law firm, Baker Monroe, PLLC. He has worked on real estate, lending and title matters for approximately seventeen years. Chris represented businesses on various commercial and real estate matters and had experience before courts and arbitrators in a number of areas, including real estate, oil and gas, construction law, contract disputes, premises liability and products liability.
A native Texan April joined the Baker Firm, in 2017 as an Escrow Assistant and was recently promoted to Escrow Officer.
Prior to joining the firm, April worked for 15 years as a contract to close assistant in the Real Estate Industry.
April’s attention to detail and organizational skills enable her to provide solutions for our clients during the closing process.
Mike is a seasoned escrow officer with a long background in all aspects of the real estate industry. Mike has working knowledge and experience: real estate agent, title examination, title abstractor, mortgage, oil and gas landman, and management.
Mike has taken this wealth of knowledge and applied it when joining Fidelity National Title – The Baker firm as an Escrow Officer and recently is working with our affiliate company TX Success where he and his team handle a large builder account.
Melissa’s career in the title business began in 1983 in Dallas. She started as a policy typist, but after a short few weeks was persuaded to move to escrow and become an Escrow Assistant for a branch office, where she quickly fell in love with the escrow division. In 1998, Melissa relocated her family to Tarrant County and began learning the Tarrant market. She became a Commercial Closer in 2003, and has continued to grow her business ever since. Her calm demeanor and way of keeping deals on track have earned her many loyal clients over the years.
Specialties include multi family units, multi tenant buildings, hotel/motel, acquisition and development loans, HUD transactions, SBA loans, strip shopping centers, golf courses, convenience store/gas stations storage unit facilities, 1031 exchanges, farm and ranch properties, as well as residential transactions.
Julie Walter serves as business development for The Baker Firm, PLLC in Southlake. She has lived in Southlake since 1997, is very involved in the community and well respected. Julie sits on several different boards including the Carroll Athletic Booster Club, the Southlake Chamber and the Women’s Empowered Luncheon.
Julie joined The Baker Firm, PLLC in September of 2013. She has a passion for people, connecting her clients and creating business opportunities. Julie has brought numerous producers together, generating real estate deals and success for all parties. Julie goes above and beyond, providing customer service with a concierge approach.
Julie has a B.A. in Education from Western Illinois University.
Luisana (Lucy) Moreno is a bilingual escrow officer at Fidelity National Title-The Baker Firm in Fort Worth. She began her career in the paralegal industry, working mostly with criminal, personal injury, civil and family law. Through the years, she had the pleasure of working with The Washington Firm and The Pettitt Firm. Lucy transitioned to the real estate industry and began working at The Baker Firm as an escrow assistant, quickly moving her way up to escrow officer.
Lucy’s clients love working with her because she truly cares about people. Whether it’s staying late at the office or being the liaison for her clients and lenders, Lucy does what it takes to exceed expectations and eliminate delays for every transaction.
As a member of NAHREP Fort Worth chapter, Lucy is able to reach the Latino community and offer her expert advice on real estate transactions. She is an active member of her hometown community, The Historical North Side Fort Worth, as well as her childhood church, All Saints Catholic Church.
Lucy’s mantra is “No des para obtener, Da para Inspirar a otros para dar” meaning “Don’t give to get, Give to inspire others to give!”
Katy grew up and loves her hometown of Fort Worth, Texas. After completing her undergrad at Weatherford College and UTA, in 2007 she pursued her Real Estate License. She joined Fidelity National Title in 2015, as the receptionist for the Fort Worth office, being promoted quickly to closing processer. In 2017 Katy joined Fidelity National Title – The Baker Firm as an escrow assistant to Ashley Hammack. Katy continues to help grow the company business in Aledo and the surrounding Parker County area. Katy thrives on providing weekly updates to all her clients, to achieve a smooth transaction.
Darlene grew up in southern Ohio, but shortly after becoming a military wife in 1976 she moved to Athens Greece, where she lived for nearly 3 years. In 1979 she moved to The Lone Star State and has lived all around Texas ever since. After the privilege of being a stay at home mom while her children grew up, Darlene decided to pursue a real estate career in 1992.
Since 1992, Darlene has had experience working as a real estate agent, real estate office administrator, and a title company escrow officer. She has the experience of sales, marketing, closings, organization, and the importance of being a team player. Learning organization skills and how to handle a stressful work atmosphere are both assets that have helped Darlene to excel in all avenues of her career. She finds it challenging and rewarding to work in an office where the goal is, assisting the agent to meet the needs of their clients, by offering professional, yet friendly work ethics.
Peggy Stephens serves as business development for Fidelity National Title / The Baker Firm, PLLC in Fort Worth. She was born in Anchorage, Alaska, but made it to Texas as fast as she could. She has lived in the DFW area most of her life.
Peggy began her career in banking 35 years ago in Irving Texas. In 1988, she joined corporate banking in Fort Worth where she spent the next 26 years gaining knowledge and building lasting business relationships.
Peggy has a love for people and believes people do business with people, not businesses.
Sara is a respected member of the Burleson community. Having been born, raised and a current resident, she is truly invested in her home town. She works closely with members that are involved in growing Burleson and loves giving back to her community.
Sara’s experience in real estate and the title industry allows her to be a valuable resource to her clients. She prides herself on availability, communication and building personal relationships with agents, lenders and other affiliates involved in the real estate profession.
Jason is a lifelong area resident and has built a strong reputation based on his superior customer service skills, closing abilities and extensive knowledge of the title insurance industry. During his career that spans over two decades, Jason has closed a wide variety of transactions that includes thousands of residential deals and many multi-million dollar commercial transactions. Jason began his career in the industry typing title commitments and making copies in the title plant. He soon moved to the escrow side of the business and worked his way up through the ranks very quickly, learning from one of the best closers in the industry.
Sean was born and raised in Fort Worth and attended Trinity Valley School. He moved to Virginia for college and after graduating from Washington & Lee University he attended law school at SMU Dedman School of Law. After law school he accepted a job in Austin with the Texas Attorney General’s Office in the Intergovernmental Relations Division where he worked closely with the Texas Legislature. Missing the courtroom, Sean went to work for the Travis County Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor where he tried over 100 jury trials. Seeking a new challenge, Sean was hired by a family office where he focused on commercial real estate investments and business development.
After 10 years in Austin, Sean and his family wanted to move home to Fort Worth. Sean brings a myriad of experience to our business development team. As a Fort Worth native he has many connections, and enjoys cultivating new relationships.
Matt Tilley is a third generation Fort Worth native and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in advertising. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, he returned to Fort Worth in 2007 and began his career in the real estate and title business. Matt learned the business from every perspective as a Realtor, real estate investor and working on the title side of the business. With his in depth knowledge, he prides himself on being a valuable resource for his clients.
Matt believes that the job of business development does not only apply to Fidelity Title, but to everyone that he works with. Helping Realtors, investors and lenders be successful is what drives him. He believes that forming long lasting relationships built on trust and always making sure that the client’s expectations are surpassed are paramount in this business and makes it his mission to do just that.
Matt loves Fort Worth and is involved with his community by helping raise money for the Adopt-A-School Program – Greenbriar Elementary, YWCA of Fort Worth and by chairing the Montessori Enrichment Fund, which helps underprivileged children receive a private school education.
Ashley was born and raised in not only in Fort Worth but in the title industry. In 1996, she worked part time in the title industry while attending Paschal High School and also worked summers and holidays when she was home from Texas Tech University. After working in every department except for accounting, she finally took a full-time position as an escrow assistant in 2001. She was an assistant for two years until she become a full time closer and has been closing both residential and commercial transactions ever since. Ashley joined the Baker Firm in the spring of 2018.
Ashley began her career in the Title Industry in 2003, as order entry personnel while working at the Title Plant. She quickly moved up to abstracting title reports. Soon thereafter she left the plant and ventured in to the Escrow side of the business then worked as a funder. After a couple years as a Funder, she moved into an Escrow Assistant position and worked with a new home builders account.
She joined the Baker Firm in 2012 as an Escrow Assistant and was recently promoted an Escrow officer in 2014. In 2012, she graduated with an Associates in Arts degree. She feels that she has the good fortune of working with a remarkable team where she is looking forward to increasing her business while providing superior customer satisfaction.
Having lived in the Fort Worth area the majority of his life and being a graduate of TCU, Troy is well-established and well respected in the Fort Worth area. He began his career in the title business in 2003 as a commercial marketer. Since then, he has moved up the ranks and handles many aspects of the business.
Troy learned early on that the way to generate business is to make deals happen rather than simply being a part of the closing process. With this philosophy in mind, he has been instrumental in bringing brokers, buyers, sellers, developers, lenders and investors together to make countless deals happen that wouldn’t have been successful without him. He is extremely hands-on and always wants to go the extra mile to take care of every customer and transaction and he expects the same from everyone in the company.
Brandon grew up in the title insurance industry, as both of his parents have many years of service in the industry. He attended Tarleton State University and worked summers and holidays at the title plant, storage facility and various Escrow Offices, learning aspects of the title insurance business. Brandon attended Texas Land Title School in Austin in 2008. He began his full time position by working in the funding/post-closing division of a large Fort Worth closing office. When an opportunity opened up to become a full-time Escrow Assistant, he was excited to learn the front-end side of the business. He continued as an Escrow Assistant for several years before a closing position became available in 2010, in which he became a full-time Escrow Officer.
Courtney started her title career in 2018 as an Escrow Assistant. Prior to that she worked in the banking industry for 7 years and also assisted a real estate agent with BPO’s. Courtney has seen the real estate process from all sides and has a unique perspective that is very beneficial to her team.
Courtney enjoys interacting with clients and helping them with any questions through the process. She is passionate about learning new things in the title process and working with her awesome team to get files closed.
Courtney is originally from California and Nevada but got to Texas as soon as she could. When she is not assisting clients, she enjoys horseback riding and tending to her 2 horses, Amarillo and Josie. She also loves spending time with her husband, Aaron and her three boys, Jacob, Luke and Morgan.
Margaret Hollingsworth serves as VP of Sales and all as the Education Manager. She is an experienced and accomplished Escrow Officer, Business Development Officer and Educator with expertise in sales execution, teaching and creating educational resources. Margaret started her career wanting to pursue her ambition and interests in education and establish herself as an Elementary Education teacher.
In 1995, Margaret started her title career working for the Chief Legal Counsel of a Texas title company, where she gained knowledge of title policies and commitments. After gaining the required knowledge and experience in that position, she continued to succeed in her title career becoming an Escrow Officer where she handled commercial and residential transactions. While performing those escrow officer duties, Margaret assumed the managerial responsibilities of that local office and excelled in that capacity as well.
In 2004, she began her career in marketing where her duties ranged from handling customer service needs and training. These duties required her to work with employees and customers to increase sales, market share and customer satisfaction. Margaret continually and successfully motivates, encourages, empowers, leads and educates fellow professionals to increase levels of excellence.
Thea Bartley’s career in the Title industry began in 1993 in Waxahachie, TX as an escrow assistant. Thea showed great tenacity and determination and in 1998 became a Licensed Escrow Agent. Thus far in her career, she has excelled in building a large client base in Ellis County and the surrounding areas of North Texas. Thea’s focus on providing excellent customer service and operating with the utmost integrity is what she prides herself on. Going the extra mile for her clients is her main focus.

With this great support system Thea manages a high volume of transactions while providing exceptional customer service. Jessica Zeeb moved back to the Fort Worth area after graduating from Texas State University with a degree in Public Relations. She began her career in the real estate business in 2014 working within the Marketing department to build exposure for the communities her companies were building within, or developing. She prides herself in excellent customer service for her clients and the surrounding community.
Jessica is an avid hunter and loves the outdoors. Her husband grew up an Aledo Bearcat and their family ties go way back in Parker County. She is an AdvoCats member and is involved within her community by helping to raise money for local non-profits. She joined the Baker Firm in 2019 as the Business Development Executive and she believes business development is the creation of long-term value for an organization and feels as though the Realtor community deserves the absolute best when it comes to your Title company relationship.
Donna is from Cleburne, Texas and has lived in Burleson since 1978. Although she is one of the newest members of the Baker Firm Team, she brings an incredible amount of knowledge, expertise and depth to the Burleson office. Since beginning her career in 1976, Donna has closed countless single family, multi-family, land and commercial deals and prides herself on handling closings efficiently and accurately.
Donna took all of the necessary real estate classes to get licensed but only did so to understand her job as an Escrow Officer more thoroughly. She’s a past Burleson Chamber Ambassador, past member of the Kiwanis Club and attends Bible Baptist Church in Cleburne.
Lacey serves as an Escrow Officer for The Baker Firm, PLLC in Southlake. She brings substantial knowledge to the company as she has worked in various capacities within the title industry. Lacey believes customer service and communication are top priorities in the industry and strives to exceed expectations.
Lacey has worked in the title industry since 2003. She is experienced in both residential and commercial closings, however residential transactions are her passion. She loves working with lenders and real estate agents, helping their clients through the transaction.
Whitney grew up in West Texas and Brenham before attending Texas A&M University. Upon graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Whitney was drawn to Fort Worth as her new home away from home. As a member of Junior League of Fort Worth, Whitney is committed to building this community through both business and volunteer opportunities. Raised in an entrepreneurial and real estate family, she has always been drawn to this field, understanding deals are made and lost in the details. Whitney has a keen eye for details and timelines. Whitney has been with the Baker Firm since it opened in 2012 and closes residential and commercial transactions.
Christopher Hickox, a native Texan, joined Fidelity National Title in 2012. Being a third-generation escrow officer, he brings years of knowledge and a unique inherited skillset to the firm. He is devoted to ensuring that all his interactions are handled in a respectful and professional manner leaving the client confident and worry free.
He is known for his sanguine persona and has never met a stranger. If there is a job to be done, whether at work or at home, Chris will ensure it surpasses expectations.
