Fort Worth Team

Troy Moncrief, President

Having lived in the Fort Worth area the majority of his life and being a graduate of TCU, Troy is well-established and well respected in the Fort Worth area. He began his career in the title business in 2003 as a commercial marketer. Since then, he has moved up the ranks and handles many aspects of the business.

Troy learned early on that the way to generate business is to make deals happen rather than simply being a part of the closing process. With this philosophy in mind, he has been instrumental in bringing brokers, buyers, sellers, developers, lenders and investors together to make countless deals happen that wouldn't have been successful without him. He is extremely hands-on and always wants to go the extra mile to take care of every customer and transaction and he expects the same from everyone in the company.

Nikki Jackson, Commercial Escrow Officer

Nikki began her career in the title insurance industry in 1979 in Burleson, Texas, as a receptionist. She soon became an Escrow Assistant, then an Escrow Officer and managed her first office at the age of 24. She began closing commercial transactions early in her career and became very proficient in commercial and residential files.

Her commercial experience includes multifamily HUD transactions, all types of development purchases and loans, hotel/motel, churches, storage facilities, auto dealerships and many other types of transactions. Cowboys Stadium in Arlington and the Pier 1 Imports sale to Chesapeake are a couple of her more well-known projects. In 1989, she was selected by the Texas Land Title Association as an "Outstanding Young Title Person for Region 2."

Lindsay Evans, Commercial Escrow Officer

Lindsay started her career in the Title Industry in 1998 as an Accounting Clerk. She quickly moved from there to examining title and issuing title policies. Her tenure as licensed Escrow Assistant began a year later for a prominent closer in Fort Worth. She honed her skills on a large array of transactions including high-volume residential, farm and ranch, industrial, condominium, multi-family, and land development deals to name a few.

She joined the Baker Firm in early 2013 as a Commercial Escrow Assistant and quickly moved up to Escrow Officer. She has the pleasure of working with an amazing powerhouse team where she is looking forward to expanding her business while providing superior customer satisfaction.

Brandon Jackson, Escrow Officer

Brandon grew up in the title insurance industry, as both of his parents have many years of service in the industry. He attended Tarleton State University and worked summers and holidays at the title plant, storage facility and various Escrow Offices, learning aspects of the title insurance business. Brandon attended Texas Land Title School in Austin in 2008. He began his full time position by working in the funding/post-closing division of a large Fort Worth closing office. When an opportunity opened up to become a full-time Escrow Assistant, he was excited to learn the front-end side of the business. He continued as an Escrow Assistant for several years before a closing position became available in 2010, in which he became a full-time Escrow Officer.

Matt Tilley, Business Development

Matt Tilley is a third generation Fort Worth native and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in advertising. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, he returned to Fort Worth in 2007 and began his career in the real estate and title business. Matt learned the business from every perspective as a Realtor, real estate investor and working on the title side of the business. With his in depth knowledge, he prides himself on being a valuable resource for his clients.

Matt believes that the job of business development does not only apply to Fidelity Title, but to everyone that he works with. Helping Realtors, investors and lenders be successful is what drives him. He believes that forming long lasting relationships built on trust and always making sure that the client's expectations are surpassed are paramount in this business and makes it his mission to do just that.

Matt loves Fort Worth and is involved with his community by helping raise money for the Adopt-A-School Program - Greenbriar Elementary, YWCA of Fort Worth and by chairing the Montessori Enrichment Fund, which helps underprivileged children receive a private school education.
